Chris seeks to understand his client's needs above all else. He started his career as a sales rep and has also coached soccer at St. Charles North High School since 2016. Chris has mastered how to ask questions that give clarity to his customer's and player’s goals so he can solely focus on how to help them achieve their goals. Chris is also extremely passionate about personal development and personal finance which he incorporates into his approach to ensure he is helping his clients in every aspect of the transaction.

Chris plays multiple roles within the Holzl Homes team. In addition to having his real estate license, he is our Director of Client Relations. He makes a continued effort to reach out to our clients and stay connected with our buyers.

In his downtime, Chris also loves to broaden his perspective through travel. He’s been to over 16 countries with his most favorite trip being in the mountains of Peru.
