The HomeCare™ Discount Center: Save on What You're Already Buying
The HomeCare™ Discount Center is a private member discount marketplace that Holzl Homes gives every client at no cost. It reaches over 100,000 national brands, including Nike, Under Armour and Disney, on the things people are already buying. Many offers pay cash back on top of the discount. It is one part of Holzl HomeCare™, which looks after people before they buy or sell, through the move, and forever after.

Nothing Gets Added to Your Life
Most savings programs ask you to change something. Buy a different brand, switch a card, drive somewhere else, sign up for something you did not want. The Discount Center asks for none of that. It sits underneath spending that is already happening and takes the price down.
Look at what a household already runs through in a year. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics found that average annual expenditures per household were $78,535 in 2024, including $3,609 on entertainment, $3,945 on food away from home, and $2,001 on apparel and services.
Nobody needs to be talked into that spending. It is already on the calendar.
The Cash Back Sits on Top of the Discount
This is the part people miss on the first read. The discount and the cash back are two separate things, and they stack. You get the lower price, and then a percentage comes back to you on what you paid. One purchase saves twice.
Americans already understand the value of that second layer. An American Bankers Association survey conducted by Morning Consult found that 82% of cardholders have at least one credit card that offers rewards, and 90% said they value the rewards program on their cards.
The Discount Center works the same way, except it is tied to your home instead of a card. The Home Depot runs up to 8% cash back inside the marketplace.
What Is Actually Inside
Entertainment is where most families notice it first. Deloitte's Digital Media Trends report put average household spending on streaming video at $69 per month, with 73% of consumers saying they are frustrated that services keep raising prices. Disney+ and Hulu run 61% off in the Discount Center.
Travel is the other category where the numbers get large fast. There is a member hotel desk at up to 50% off and a member flight desk at up to 10% off, Avis up to 35% off with a double upgrade, Royal Caribbean up to 60% off, Great Wolf Lodge up to 30% off, and Wyndham up to 20% off.
Timing matters there. The National Retail Federation found consumers planned to spend $890.49 per person on gifts, food, decorations and other seasonal items in 2025, with 63% waiting until Thanksgiving weekend to do most of their shopping. A member who checks the marketplace in October instead of late November is working with the same budget and better prices.

Owning a Home Is the Expensive Part, and It Is Covered Too
Buying a house is one transaction. Owning one is a decade of them. Angi's State of Home Spending Report found U.S. homeowners spent an average of $12,472 on home projects in 2025, including $2,041 on maintenance and $1,143 on emergency repairs.
Most of this business treats closing as the finish line. The repair bills do not stop there, so neither does Holzl HomeCare™.
- Frigidaire and Electrolux up to 55% off, Whirlpool up to 46% off, GE Appliances up to 40% off
- American Home Shield warranty up to 50% off
- West Shore Home bath remodel 20% off, Window Nation 10% off plus a free door
- PODS up to 30% off, Budget Truck up to 21% off

The Daily Deals Feed
One part of the marketplace behaves differently from the rest. A daily deals feed runs up to 78% off and refreshes every morning, and offers inside it can rotate within hours. It rewards a habit more than a plan. Nike has come up as high as 63% off in that feed. What is there tomorrow is a different question, which is the whole point of checking.
What Else Comes With Holzl HomeCare™
The Discount Center is one piece. Holzl HomeCare™ looks after people before they buy or sell, through the move, and forever after. The Discount Center is the part that shows up in ordinary weeks when nobody is moving anything.

Frequently asked questions
How much does the HomeCare™ Discount Center cost?
Nothing. It is included with Holzl HomeCare™ for every Holzl Homes client, and access continues for as long as you own your home. There is no tier to upgrade into and no annual renewal to remember. You sign in through the HomeCare Client Portal and the marketplace is there.
Do I have to be buying or selling right now to use it?
No. Access is tied to being a Holzl Homes client, not to an active transaction. Forever Clients who closed years ago have the same access as someone under contract this week. The program is built around the long stretch of owning a home, not the few weeks around a closing.
How do I get in?
One sign-in, through the HomeCare Client Portal. The sign-up link goes out to Forever Clients on Monday 21 September 2026, and it is already sitting in the Portal for anyone who does not want to wait. Setup takes a few minutes and then it stays open.
How does the cash back work alongside the discount?
They are separate and they stack. The member price is lower than the public price, and on qualifying purchases a percentage of what you paid comes back to you on top. The Home Depot, for example, runs up to 8% cash back. One purchase, two forms of savings.
What is the daily deals feed?
It is a rotating section of the marketplace reaching up to 78% off that refreshes every morning, and individual offers can turn over within hours. Because of that, it is better treated as something to check than something to plan around. Nike has appeared in it as high as 63% off.
Can I use it for a move?
Yes, and that is one of the strongest categories. PODS runs up to 30% off, Budget Truck up to 21% off, and 1-800-GOT-JUNK and Grunber cover junk removal. Appliance brands including Whirlpool, GE Appliances, Frigidaire and Electrolux are in there for the furnishing that follows.
Where does Holzl Homes work?
We serve the Fox Valley area of Illinois and beyond. That includes Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles, Aurora, Naperville, Elgin and the surrounding Kane County communities. If you are moving outside our area, we will refer you to vetted real estate people anywhere in the country.
